Whether you are certified or looking to begin your aquatic career, there is a place for you at the Y. With locations from Monument to Fountain and hours ranging from 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., we have a position that will best fit your schedule.
American Red Cross & YMCA Current Lifeguards
The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is hiring already certified lifeguards at the Briargate, Cottonwood Creek, Downtown, Fountain YMCA at Fountain Fort Carson High School, Southeast & Armed Services and Tri-Lakes YMCAs! Candidates must be 16 years old
or older and pass a skills exam to demonstrate proficiency in lifeguarding skills.

Non-certified Candidates
If you are not currently lifeguard certified, the YMCA will provide you with a training and certification! This certification will be paid for by the YMCA if hired and with an agreement of 90 days of employment. To be eligible, candidates must pass a
preswim test and be available during the times of current available lifeguard positions.
